Isabel Su Qi is a visual artist and innovator specialising in dance, performance, music, event photography. Although not professionally trained in dancing, Su Qi believes that her photographic background and enthusiasm for dance (she does dance in her spare time!) makes her desirable to work with.

Inspired by conceptual fine artists, Su Qi also creates conceptual work with photographs, often from her archives. For her BA Photography dissertation (graduated with a First Class Hons degree), she investigated the role of photography in forming memory. (The act of) recording through the lens affects the psychological process of memory, and our experience of the original moment.

You will find her living the most low-waste-low-cost life that she can manage; inventing DIY skin products, homemade jams, kimchi, etc...
and learning every. single. day, keeping a daily diary of knowledge.
